Integrity …

I will always speak the truth. I will not lie, cheat, or otherwise be dishonest with myself or others to better my situation. I will always put my teams and my clients before myself. I will only be moved toward my goals as a result of helping other achieve their goals.

Compassion …

I will not forget that teams and clients are first and foremost people. People with families and friends and worries and concerns. I will work to see people for who they are and who they want to be. I will always be aware that many times people see me when they are stressed and will do what I can to ease that stress rather than add to it.

Understanding …

I will always try to see the larger picture to any situation. I will always try to see things from my clients or teams point of view. “How would that make me feel?” is a question I will ask for every situation involving my clients or teams.

Commitment …

I will give 100% of myself to my goals I will put forth all that I have to overcome any challenge. I will expect no less from my teams.

People first …

People are at the heart of all that I do. People are the comer stone to my success. Without people there is nothing worth working for.

Education …

I will embrace continued education and my teams will be challenged to do the same. I will teach those around me in a healthy productive manner. I will not hold back information that would help my teams or clients make better decisions about their situation and future.

Quality …

Quality is of the utmost importance. Substandard work will not be tolerated at any level within the company. I will put in place teams and systems to assure that all work is of the highest quality possible. Industry standard will be the lowest acceptable measurement of success. The quality of the actual work, along with the overall experience, will always exceed client expectations. I will discover what my clients want, then give more.

Consistency …

I will put into place programs and systems so that every customer experience is exactly the same every time. Clients and team members will always know what to expect from each other and me. I will expect my teams to perform their tasks at the highest level every time they perform them. My clients will be able to count on my teams and systems to perform tasks at the highest level every time.

Fun …

I will foster a work place that encourages comfort and good spirits. I will encourage an upbeat and outgoing work place. I will encourage teams and clients to pursue their dreams outside of the work place. There is much more to life than just the work.

Ownership …

I am ultimately responsible for myself and my goals. I will share my success with those around me but will take responsibility for my failures. My life is mine to change.

Reward …

I will never miss an opportunity to reward teams and individuals for reaching or exceeding goals. I will give my teams clear objectives and reward them when they are reached. The rewards will be meaningful and relevant.

Responsibility …

I am responsible for my actions both in my business and my life. It is my responsibility to move my business and life in the direction that I want. I will not blame others for my mistakes or failure. I will always look to my actions and their role in whatever challenge faces me.
